bpt to pdf conversion pretty much describes export of CorelDRAW bitmap images (.bpt) to PDF format, something that is certainly doable, but apparently only with CorelDRAW. But if you find some other graphics editor that can open .bpt files, it is likely it can be used to export .bpt files as well.
