Find a software converter able to convert crypt15 files to txt files.
crypt15 to txt conversion is related to the attempts to recover chat history from latest Whatsapp .crypt15 files. Such recovery is indeed possible, but somewhat tricky considering that .crypt15 use E2E encryption for the backups and with the proper key (password) it won't be possible to recovery the backups. The key from the original device, which was the case for previous backups (.crypt12, .crypt14) just won't do for .crypt15 files.
In any case, you will have to use one of the Whatsapp recovery utility for this task. Speciallied forensic tools for WhatsaApp usually only work for .crypt14 files, but decryptors for .crypt15 files exists. You can find these on GitHub (for example ElDavoo's WhatsApp-Crypt14-Crypt15-Decrypter), but using them might require moderate knowledge about what to do, as these are no simple, user friendly apps.
If you have lost the password to the encrypted database, there is no way to recover .crypt15 backups.
The output of such recovery will be either a SQLite database file or a ZIP archive (typically for wallpapers, stickers etc). Inside the SQLite database is the actual chat history, which you can export to HTML format and from that it's just one step to get it as plain text.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with crypt15 extension can be found as encrypted chat history databases from latest version (year from 2022) of WhatsApp Messenger instant messaging client for Android.
TXT
Files with txt extension are simple plain text files viewable in any text editor.
