Find a software converter able to convert docx files to srt files.
It looks like no direct docx to srt conversion is possible. However, a lot of people are actually looking for a way to convert text from MS Word documents (.doc, .docx) to a subtitle format for movies (.srt files for example). You can usually achieve this by using a proper subtitle editor and copying or importing the text and use to for making new subtitles or edit existing ones.
