What is the best converter used for converting excel format to ascii file format.
ABC Amber Text Converter utility has been for many years used by users to convert various document files and save them as ASCII files, including excel to ascii conversion. You can probably also find other tools capable of very same thing, but this utility was pretty simple to use and supported great number of file formats, including XLS spreadsheets from MS Excel. It might be still found on some websites for download.
