What is the best converter used for converting exe format to xls file format.
The only legit exe to xls conversion would be recovery of a MS Excel document (.xls) from a self-extracting compressed archive (.exe).
It appears that another way to convert exe to xls exist, however this is used for making infected "xls" files so they can be attached to e-mails and send to victims. You should be extra careful when handling such ".xls" files, because their only purpose is to infect your computer with virus.
