File extension FLA is mainly used for two formats, namely editable Flash videos and FLAC audio. In both cases however, it should be very possible to convert them to the nowadays common MPEG-4 format (usually .mp4 but occasionally mpg4 files). Most modern multimedia conversion programs should be able to perform both of the possible types of fla to mpg4 conversion with no trouble.
