Any tool that supports IFC format (Industry Foundation Classess 3D format) can usually export the visualization to 3D PDF format. The most obvious choice for this is AutoCAD, but the same should be doable with many other tools. Sometimes plugin for 3D PDF export is needed though and standard PDF printer driver is not enough.
