Software that can be used for conversion of igx file type to pdf format.
If any program can export .igx files to PDF format, it would be iGrafX FlowCharter software from which IGX format actually originates. It should be possible to print the output of the flowchart as PDF document either with dedicated PDF export function or via virtual PDF printer. Except for that, we do not know about 3rd party solution that can be used for the purpose of igx to pdf conversion.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with igx extension can generally be found as older flow charts from iGrafX FlowCharter.
A pdf file extension is mainly used for Adobe Portable document format, commonly referred to as PDF. All programs that create some sort of documents or projects offer the possibility to export their format to PDF format. A free PDF viewer (Adobe Reader) is available for download from Adobe website.
Rarely, files with pdf file extension might also be found as preferences definition files for ArcView program.
