Software that can be used for conversion of jpg file type to cxf format.
The only jpg to cxf conversion we know of, would be import of JPEG pictures to old Google Picasa to produce a .cxf collage. As for other .cxf files, none of these seems to be used for raster graphics, so either this is a typo or something very specific.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

A cxf file extension is associated with the Google Picasa, an application that allows users to organize, edit and share photos. A cxf file stores photo collage.

Files with cxf file extension are associated with the Coordinates Export Format.
Files with cxf extension are related to the chemical eXchange format.
