Software that can be used for conversion of pdf file type to pdsprj format.
PDSPRJ files are projects from Proteus PCB design tool, thus the only pdf to pdsproj conversion that makes sense is attempt to import previously exported PCB schematics from PDF format back into the tool.
We have not found any mentions about this being actually doable with Proteus, so if you are in need of technical assistance, it might be best to reach out to Labcenter Electronics support or online community for help.

A pdf file extension is mainly used for Adobe Portable document format, commonly referred to as PDF. All programs that create some sort of documents or projects offer the possibility to export their format to PDF format. A free PDF viewer (Adobe Reader) is available for download from Adobe website.
Rarely, files with pdf file extension might also be found as preferences definition files for ArcView program.
