Autodesk Revit does not support import of PDF files, which is what users looking for pdf to rvt conversion typically have in mind. The only thing you can do, is to first export your .pdf file to TIFF or JPEG and import that to Revit so you can trace and recover the data. Just keep in mind that there will be considerable loss in precision and not everything might be converted correctly.
