Software that can be used for conversion of pdf file type to vcard format.
Conversion of PDF to vCard format (typically saved as .vcf file) would only work in case the PDF document (.pdf file) actually contains data structured in vCard format (structured text), for example if it was printed to PDF when opened using notepad.
You can of course manually write down the contacts to Excel, or some other spreadsheet program and export it to VCF format.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

A pdf file extension is mainly used for Adobe Portable document format, commonly referred to as PDF. All programs that create some sort of documents or projects offer the possibility to export their format to PDF format. A free PDF viewer (Adobe Reader) is available for download from Adobe website.
Rarely, files with pdf file extension might also be found as preferences definition files for ArcView program.
VCARD
Files with vcard extension are contacts files saved in vCard format. Alternative to much more common vcf file extension.
