The only pdf to xxx conversion that makes somewhat sense, would be attempt to recover or use graphics data from PDF document for making Compucon/Singer PSW embroidery designs (.xxx). This will be hard as vector graphics is preferred, but with some creative graphics exports to SVG first, it should not be hard to produce embroidery design. Works best for simple drawings or geometric shapes though.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
