png to dxf conversion is doable, but it is unlikely it's actually CAD conversion. It might be related to import of description tables or similar objects to DXF format, which is actually common feature in many CAD design tools. Maybe geometric shapes saved in PNG format can be recovered by some CAD tools as well, but you would be better off with vector graphics.
