rpf to fbx conversion is almost certainly used for export of content from 3ds Max Rich Pixel format to Kaydara FBX format. probably used for rendered animations and similar content, but we have not found any specifics about this, so if you struggle with this export, it might be best to reach out to 3ds Max community or Autodesk support.
