Possible software with support for converting of rtf files to ris file format.
RIS files are special ASCII text files that contain citation references. You can use a text from any source (TXT, PDF, RTF or Word files) and simply copy and paste (or import if possible) relevant text data to a program that can generate RIS citations, like the Reference Manager from Thomson Reuters or similar programs. So this is more like a workflow than actual conversion, but something like rtf to ris conversion is certainly possible.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
