TextMaker supports saving documents to RTF format, so you can certainly re-save .tmdx documents as .rtf files with the program itself. As for 3rd party solutions for tmdx to rtf conversion, unfortunately we do not know about any that can be used for this purpose as support for TextMaker formats is pretty limited.
