File extension vcard is sometimes used in various personal managers or time scheduling program, such as Apple iCal (also known as Apple Calendar) software integrated to Mac OS X (macOS).
vcard files are universal standard for storing personal or business contacts, and it just uses alternative suffix to the common VCF format.
Use Apple Calendar or similar program to import the contacts from *.vcard files.
Contacts in VCF (vcard) format are commonly converted to CSV and vice versa. These are then imported to mobile devices, contacts managers etc.
