But as far as we know, it is not possible to convert dmg to app directly. DMG format is a disk image and even if it contains all the data needed to build some kind of app, you have to use a proper IDE to create it. You can probably find various guides and tutorials for this, but it is extremely unlikely that simple converter for this exists.
