Programs used to perform the conversion from docx file to p65 format.
Both .docx and .p65 files are document files, albeit from very different sources. Users searching for docx to p65 conversion were often, in the past, looking for a way to transfer content between Microsoft Word and Adobe PageMaker. The tool was discontinued years ago, so this is often done for legacy reasons.
If you own PageMaker, the best way would be to just copy and paste the text manually and not actually look for file conversion.
