What is the best converter used for converting exe format to appx file format.
It appears that exe to appx conversion is mainly related to attempts to convert Win32 based apps to APPX format, i.e. conversion of older Windows apps for use in Windows Store. Microsoft released Desktop App Converter for developers that is designed exactly for this purpose.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
