Software that can be used for conversion of jar file type to pdf format.
jar to pdf conversion does not make much sense, unless it is done for a very specific / unusual reason. JAR files are packages and outside of Java environment you can extract the content as any other compressed archive.
Perhaps inside you can find image/document that can be printed as PDF file, but except for this we have found no information about any useful way how to convert jar to pdf.

Files with jar extension are compressed archives, typically used for content in Java and distribution/installation purposes.
A pdf file extension is mainly used for Adobe Portable document format, commonly referred to as PDF. All programs that create some sort of documents or projects offer the possibility to export their format to PDF format. A free PDF viewer (Adobe Reader) is available for download from Adobe website.
Rarely, files with pdf file extension might also be found as preferences definition files for ArcView program.
