psb to tiff conversion is nothing more than export of Adobe Photoshop (large) graphics files to TIFF format, which is something you can do simply with the save as.. function in Photoshop or any other graphics editor that can work with PSD/PSB files.
The difference between PSD and PSB formats is that .psb files are much larger in resolution and thus file size, so if you export that file to other raster format, be prepared that it might be even bigger.
