File type category:
Game file
Date updated: October 12, 2026
The .rrs file extension is associated with Road Rash, a motorcycle-racing game developed and published by Electronic Arts in 1991 for computer and video game platforms.
An .rrs file stores a player's progress in the PC version of the game.
Use the original PC version of Road Rash to load an .rrs file. Place the file in the game's save location, then load the saved position from within the game.
It is unlikely that an .rrs file can be converted to a standard file format. To preserve the saved progress, keep the file with the compatible PC version of Road Rash.
