The .sv4 file extension is associated with RollerCoaster Tycoon, a construction and management simulation game created by Chris Sawyer and released for Microsoft Windows in 1999.
An .sv4 file contains the saved state of a game, including the player's progress and the associated park information. The file is intended to be loaded by the Windows version of RollerCoaster Tycoon and is a game-specific format rather than a general-purpose interchange format.
When placed in the proper folder, you can load an .sv4 file from within RollerCoaster Tycoon by using the game's load-game option.
An .sv4 file cannot be meaningfully converted to a standard document or media format. It can only be used in the original RollerCoaster Tycoon game.
