NBA LIVE 99 is a basketball game published by EA Sports for Microsoft Windows. Its .tor files contain art and in-game animation data used to display animated visual elements in the game.
This is a game resource format rather than a general-purpose image or video format. NBA LIVE 99 loads the files as part of its installed game data, so they are normally used together with the rest of the game rather than opened independently.
Open a .tor file through the Microsoft Windows version of NBA LIVE 99. The game should load it automatically from the appropriate game-data location.
It is not normally possible to view the file as a standalone image or animation with a standard media player. Do not rename or move it if the game needs it.
There is no practical general-purpose conversion option for an NBA LIVE 99 .tor file. It contains game-specific resource data, not a standard animation file intended for export.
To preserve or use the content, keep the original file with the NBA LIVE 99 installation. Any extraction or conversion would require a tool specifically compatible with this game's resource format.
