File extension sc2replay is exclusively used in Starcraft 2 RTS computer game by Blizzard.
The sc2replay contains only data about what players did during their games (basically clicks, key strokes) and nothing else. Hence the files are just few kb so they can be easily shared.
To watch the replays, you have to copy the replay to games default replay folder and then access the replay from in-game menu.
The sc2replay file is compressed with mpq (Mo'PaQ - Mike O'Brien Pack) archiving format also used by various Blizzard video games to archive their game resources.
You can access the replay when you copy it to default replay folder and play the match inside the game.
No direct conversion for .sc2replay files is possible. However, you can load the file in Stacraft 2 and use some screen recording tool to produce a video recording of it.
