It is probably possible to export opened Tajima embroidery designs (.dst) to common JPEG images (jpg, .jpeg). However, the resulting image will lose all the original stitching information and would be just plain picture. If your embroidery program is unable to export to bitmap, you could try some screen capturing program or graphics editor.
