You can certainly import DXF files to Canvas Workspace and use these for new designs which you can save as .fcm design files for die cutting, which is pretty much what dxf to fcm conversion represents. This will of course require some knowledge about the software and how use it for making new designs. It is unlikely that any other software is otherwise capable of helping you with this.
