We have found 5 software records in our database eligible for .pdf to .jpx file format conversion.
pdf to jpx conversion does only make sense as a way to recover graphics assets from PDF documents and saving these as JPEG 2000 images (.jpx). This can be most likely achieved with pretty much any decent graphics editor as import of PDF format is de facto standard today. A bit worse it is with support for JPEG 2000 format, still Photoshop should be able to help you with what you need.
