What is the best converter used for converting text format to m3u file format.
Whilst it is true that .m3u files (MP3 audio playlists) is essentially a specially formatted text file, you cannot just use any text file and convert it to it, it must be properly structured.
If you know the syntax of .m3u playlists, you can manually create them with any text editor. But most people make playlists directly in media players via some kind of 'save playlist' function, which is somewhat of a standard in modern software.
