Converter utilities capable of crypt12 file to jpg format conversion.
A lot of users try to recover picture attachments from WhatsApp archives (.crypt12 for example), because they assume that these are part of these backups.
Unfortunately, this is not the case as any pictures received in WhatsApp are linked to the default Android Gallery, although the actual location is in the default WhatsApp folder, namely in the Media/WhatsApp Images folder.
This means that crypt12 to jpg conversion is not possible and actually not needed at all. If you do not have the images on your phone, there is no way to recover them unless you did full phone backup.
