dwf to skp conversion seems to be searched by users looking for a way to import DWF files to Sketchup, or somehow recover the data from Autodesk Design Web Format. Unfortunately, that is not doable as DWF format is meant for publishing purposes only and it cannot be used to recreate the original. You have to obtain the original file from which the DWF format has been exported.
