Occasionally, an audio file was attached to LG memo notes (.lqm) and users want to export it out, thus essentially looking for a lqm to mp3 conversion. It is very unlikely that you will find some LQM converter or other utility that would allow you directly convert lqm to mp3, however there is a way to locate and export the audio.
As a .lqm is essentially a ZIP archive, you can rename lqm to zip and extract the contents. If any audio or picture was attached to the memo, it will be located in the extracted folder in the audios subfolder.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.

The mp3 file extension is traditionally used for one of the most common types of compressed audio files, MP3s, which you can playback using almost any media player.
An mp3 file extension can be also used for simple text files that contain saved game scores from some Bridge card game by Masterpoint.
Files with mp3 file extension may also be found as encrypted files affected by TeslaCrypt 3.0 variant that first appeared in February 2016.
