Possible software with support for converting of lqm files to html file format.
Unfortunately, the QuickMemo app on LG smartphones does not allow direct export to HTML and no LQM converter that would offer lqm to html conversion exists.
However, you can extract the .lqm file like it was any other ZIP archive (just rename lqm to zip) and locate the memoinfo.jlqm file. This file is the actual note, in what appears to be JSON format. The most convenient way to export it to HTML format would be to look for some online (webpage based) JSON to HTML parser that should hopefully produce .html file from your .lqm note.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
HTML
Files with html file extension are web pages and documents written in the most common scripting language for internet - the Hypertext Markup Language.
