Software that can be used for conversion of lqm file type to png format.
Exporting Notes from LG phones (.lqm) as pictures (.png for example) is problematic at best. You won't find a tool that would give you the option to directly convert lqm to png, and that's mainly because .lqm files store formatted text and not picture data.
Thus, trying to achieve lqm to png conversion seems to be a strange thing to do, yet it is not entirely impossible. The easiest way to achieve this would be to email yourself the memo, copy and paste the text to some text editor and capture that screen with PrtScn or some screen recording program.
However, sometimes a picture is attached to the note. If that's the case, just rename lqm to zip and extract the archive. If any picture was attached to the memo, you will find it within the extracted folders (images subfolder).
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
PNG
Files with png extensions are commonly used for Portable Network Graphic files. PNG is a bitmap image mainly used on web pages.
A png file extension is related to the Corel PaintShop Pro and used for its browser catalogue files.
A png file extension is related to the Adobe Fireworks. A png file stores Firework's PNGs are based on the Portable Network Graphic (PNG) format, but contain additional proprietary metadata.
