What is the best converter used for converting max format to sldprt file format.
max to sldprt conversion is almost certainly searched by users that are interested in available options how to convert 3ds Max content to SolidWorks, something that might be possible, but only for particular type of content, i.e. geometry.
3ds Max does not support export to any SolidWorks format, however SolidWorks supports limited import capabilities.
