File type specification:
Theme index file used by GTK, which is a tool used for programming user interfaces in Linux. It contains desktop theme settings, including name, type, comment, icons, background image, window preferences, fonts, sounds, and color schemes. It is stored in a plain text format.
The .theme files may be included as part of a .GTP theme package or a gzip-compressed-tar archive, both of whichinclude an index.theme file.
