The lgx file stores received message data (MQInSeqs.lgx file) or transaction operations (MQTrans.lgx file).

The lgx files are used by Windows Message Queuing (MSMQ) technology that enables applications running at different times to communicate across heterogeneous networks and systems that may be temporarily offline.

The LGX files are stored in MSMQ storage folder.
